STAY AT THE INN
A place to rest, reconnect, and be in community.
At Inn Along the Way, hospitality is more than a stay—it’s an invitation to slow down, share space, and experience the comfort of connection.
Whether you are visiting for a night, a gathering, or simply a moment of pause, Inn Along the Way offers a space where people can feel at ease.
Here, days unfold gently. Conversations happen naturally. And the experience of staying becomes something deeper — rooted in presence, care, and connection.

STAY WITH US
A Welcoming Place to Rest and Reconnect.
The restored farmhouse at Inn Along the Way offers comfortable, temporary accommodations for people looking for a welcoming place to stay in Damariscotta.
You don’t need to be a caregiver, experiencing illness, or participating in a program to stay with us. Guests come for many reasons—while traveling through the area, visiting family or friends, attending a gathering, or simply seeking a peaceful place to rest and recharge.
With four guest rooms and inviting shared spaces, the farmhouse offers the comforts of home within the larger Inn Along the Way community. Guests are welcome to spend time in the sitting rooms and sunporch, gather around the dining table, explore the gardens and walking paths, or simply enjoy some quiet time of their own.
A stay here can be as connected or as restful as you would like. You might find yourself sharing a conversation over coffee, attending an activity at the Inn, walking the labyrinth, or enjoying the quiet of the grounds.
As a nonprofit organization, Inn Along the Way welcomes donations in support of lodging and the programs, activities, and spaces that make this community possible.

LOOKING AHEAD
Inn Along the Way’s vision for hospitality continues to grow. Respite Cottages are currently in development and are planned to provide short-term accommodations for caregivers, people recovering from illness, and those navigating the later stages of life.
Plans also include a future Pocket Neighborhood, with small homes intended to provide longer-term housing for older adults within a supportive, connected community.
