Set among 31 peaceful acres, Inn Along the Way offers a unique setting for events both large and small. From meetings, workshops, and retreats to celebrations, memorial services, and intimate weddings, the Farm offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces where people can come together, connect, and feel at home.
THE FARMHOUSE
Warm, light-filled, and rich with history, the Farmhouse was home to nine generations before becoming part of Inn Along the Way. Today, its comfortable sitting rooms, dining room with a long gathering table, kitchen, and sun porch provide an inviting setting for conversation, shared meals, and time together.
The Farmhouse also offers four guest rooms—two upstairs and two fully accessible first- floor bedrooms with en suite baths. Just a short walk away, the Community Garden provides vegetables and flowers for the Inn and adds another beautiful space to explore and enjoy.
THE LONG BARN
Rustic, welcoming, and thoughtfully updated, the Long Barn offers a flexible space for all kinds of events. Over the years, it has welcomed family reunions, workshops and classes, support groups, banquets, art and craft shows, memorial services, community sales, and more.
The Barn is equipped with heat and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a restroom, refrigerator, large- screen television, and access to tables, chairs, dishes, and table linens. A wooden deck overlooking the meadow extends the gathering space outdoors.
THE QUIET HOUSE & LABYRINTH
A mowed path behind the Long Barn winds through the meadow to the Quiet House and Labyrinth. Tucked into the landscape, these peaceful spaces offer a place for reflection, meditation, remembrance, or quiet time together.
garden paths & grounds
Vegetable and flower gardens, walking paths, and the Nancy Burleson Memorial Gardens create opportunities to connect with nature, one another, and the rhythms of the land. Volunteers help tend these spaces, providing food for the Inn's kitchen and roadside stand while cultivating community along the way.
